• Creating a Community Where Everyone Belongs

Wigan Council’s Independent Care Act Advocacy Contract has passed to Embrace Wigan and Leigh

For the past five years we have been proud to provide Independent Care Act Advocacy to the people of Wigan borough, as the official provider for Wigan Council.

During this time, we have been privileged to work with some incredible individuals, ensuring that their voices have been heard at what for many has been a time of crisis.

As a charity, we aim to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to live a good, fulfilling life as part of their local community and we’d like to thank everyone involved in our Advocacy service for making this a reality for so many.

The tender for Wigan Council’s Independent Advocacy Service has now passed to our friends at Embrace Wigan and Leigh.

If you, or someone you know, needs Independent Advocacy support, please call Embrace on 01942 233 323 or email info@embracewiganandleigh.org.uk.

We will continue to support people through the following services, as well as our wide range of workshops, courses and events.

You can continue to contact us on 01257 472 900 or email info@my-life.org.uk for any help, advice or support.
