Get more out of life…and help someone get more out of theirs!

We are looking for ordinary people with big hearts and time on their hands to provide care and support for someone through Wigan Shared Lives Scheme.

The scheme finds local people with an interest in helping someone else during the day, over a weekend, for kinship and support on a short or longer term basis. We are looking for people who want to work from home and give something back to an older person, an individual with a learning disability, mental health issue or support need. You will be trained to a high level, matched to the right type of person, be paid and will receive ongoing support. No experience is necessary as full training is provided.
